I'm very in love with the Tex-Mex style of burritos that Panchero's has tackled. While the use a lot of rice, you also see generous helpings of corn, grilled peppers, and meat and all the other goodies. I also really enjoy the chunky texture and flavor of their Gauc, and the style of their chips.
A Chipotle cloan. Not as good. Food is not as tasty, smaller portions. Ok but if there was a Chipotle next door I would go.
It is very similar to Chipotle, down to the cilantro lime rice. The main difference is that their tortillas are hand made after you place the order. For this, I give the edge to pancheros over chipotle in overall flavor. I also have never had better guacamole anywhere else. The interior has alot of color, which makes for a good atmosphere, and it is always very clean.
