Panini Café at Diane's

This newcomer is a real find in a tiny shopping center. The food and wines were superb. The decor is lovely as is the stemware and silver. The service was attentive and polite without hovering. The cost includes wine and tax and tip per person.The crabcakes were meaty and crisp; the mushroom artichoke brusselsprout risotto creamy; the seared salmon delicious; the trio of lamb cooked to perfection. Warm berry pie alamode ended the wonderful dining experience. Each wine we sampled was better than the next! Diane will do well here so may her fine Roslyn tradition continue. We will dine again!
