  • We Went to papis on sunday and I must say I was so disappointed @ the service. Its a new restaurant in lawrenceville and my family and I were so excited about trying out a cuba/caribean food. It took them so long to seat us, When we got to our seat, Nobody came to to our seat for about 10 min, I had to call the ladies seating guest that we are thirsty and we Ihave not had anymore come to our table. In short we never got any drinks and we left. :{

  • Thank god Atlanta has finally a good, authentic Cuban restaurant.My father who is Cuban makes me drive 43 miles to get their flan and sweet plantains.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The food is plenty (2 meals for the price of one), authentic, and cheap. I always take home the leftovers for a second meal. The desserts are home made, especially at their Stockbridge location. The flan, tres leches, chocolate cake, etc. AND NOW THEY CATER FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS.

  • No wonder it is an Atlanta Journal pick. It is a gem.Food is really tasty and the portions are huge. Excellent take out spot! The sandwiches are huge and full of flavor. If you are in the area, and want a quick bite, give PAPI's a try you won't regret it. Excellent!! Moving here from Florida, I wasn't expecting any good Cuban cuisine in ATL. This place is actually better than places in Miami and Tampa Bay. The Cuban sandwich is as good as the best I've had in St Pete, FL (which was always better than Miami) and the ropa vieja, papas rellenas, plantains, red and black beans are to die for!
