we have only picked up crab cakes. lots of quality crab meat, although filler is a little bland.
Ate at Pappas Seafood on Taylor Avenue for Anne's birthday. Huge disappointment. Ordered rack of lamb; got dry grilled lamb chops. Wife's stuffed rock fish was mushy with barely adequate crab imperial. Rolls were stale, salad greens were brown, and potato hard as a brick. $40 meal cost $75. Four and a half stars out of 10! Maybe the crabcakes are good, didn't have them, but in Baltimore you can get good crabcakes anywhere.
Everything from burgers to crab cakes. Voted best Crab cake in Baltimore. You can choose from bar area to dining room. Lots of local and packed parking lot lets you know its good before you taste a thing.
Although you'll feel a little out of place if your granny isn't with you, the food is good, solid Maryland fare. Cue Kate Smith. ("God Bless America!")
Primo crab cakes and old-fashioned waitresses are a fine combination. Side dishes are a little tired but you don't come here for green beans.
