A major disappointment from the usually reliable Pappas organization. the brisket is a salt laden mess, the pulled pork was a tasteless pile of fat and odd bits, the sausage a disappointment, and the baby backs are the worst ribs ever in Texas. They aren;t even trying at this place; surly service and bad food. Won;t be back, ever.

May be the best bar-b-que beef ribs in Texas. There is no service; it's self-serve from a cafeteria-style line, and it's noisy, and it's a little rough in the decor, but the food is worth it. The pork is OK, and the sliced beef needs the (very nice) sauce, but the ribs, both beel and pork are worth driving for. This could become a habit.
