I have gone twice and loved the food. Last week I was disappointed because the chilled seafood platter, costing around $30, came with a 4-6 oz lobster tail, 4 shrimp, and 2 oysters. It was way overpriced. The charcuterie plate on the other hand was a terrific deal.
We sat at the bar, which is first come first serve and has many tables. Enjoyed the food very much. Good list of beverages including cocktails. We'll go back.Published August 21, 2012 -

Restaurant masquerades as industrial chic, pretentious, "exclusive" nightclub that happens to serve some food. Doormen dressed in designer black open doors, act as bouncers and even are stationed in the restrooms. It would be funny if it weren’t so sad that 20 something’s with far too much money think that it’s really cool to be seen here. Lettuce is the master of creating illusion, and this is illusion without substance at its best.

Another Lettuce jumpin joint in River North. It's got a great vibe & is always jumping. Go for the escargot to make the meal!

Great scene, delicious food and an overall vibrant atmosphere. Killer roof deck in the summer. Definitely a must-try!

Buzzy brasserie that has excellent small plates; the tuna tartare is worth the visit alone!
