We had a shrimp poboy and a catfish poboy and they were the best poboys either one of us have ever had! The bread was soft in the middle, and had a fresh, crisp crust. Both the shrimp and catfish were melt-in-your-mouth tender, with loads of flavor. You will hurt yourself trying to eat these poboys in one setting. Needless to say, this will be the main place to return to whenever we are in New Orleans!
Had the roast beef and the shrimp po boy here. Strange that the Roast beef was so good and the shrimp was so forgettable. Beef was tender and juicy while the shrimp was dry and not very fresh. Line moved pretty quick though. Overall wouldn't go out of my way to get either.
Shrimp Po Boy was the best I've ever had. Roast beef Po Boy is said to be just as good. Mid-city location should prevent the tourists from ruining it.
dined here Oct 30,2010.Lucky we chose this place rather than keep driving around lost and try to find Tracy/parasols..the roast Beef poboy is best in town..or at least tied with Domelises's.ymmy
