Have to try the veal chops! The best!

A customer for more than 10 years and ordered a dish (as always) with olive oil rather than butter and it came out with no sauce. The kitchen staff brought it out with a container of oil and said, here, you make such picky orders. I said it usually has a sauce, not just oil and she said "do you want more oil...Arghh?". The manager looking over said nothing, offered nothing.

Love the big salad with chicken that I get almost every time. A little more upscale than your standard walk up and order and has a great pasta menu and nice wine list. The seasonal soups are very good too.

"What a wonderful restaruant. Wish they weren't so well known - sometimes it's hard to park / find a table. But, well worth the wait. Excellent fresh food, wonderfully prepared and promptly served. One of my favorite restaurants in Houston!"
