If you are looking for a quiet out of the way steakhouse and are a true lover of great tasting steak, then this is the place for you. Never disappoints. I have gone to this restaurant every year for the past 8 years and each year the steak tastes just as good as it did the year before. Service is good and atmosphere is nice.

Please be advised that this is not the same restaurant that it was when Paul operated it for many years. Paul has retired and now someone else runs the restaurant. Any and all reviews that are a year old should be ignored, and Zagat should re-evaluate this restaurant. The food was cold, overcooked, and mostly tasteless. The service was bad. After eating there for years, I will not go back, and I will not recommend it any more.

Paul, a long successful restauranteur, sold his namesake steakhouse to Bill, who intended to operate much as Paul did. The menu is the same, the wine list much shorter, though the choices are well picked. The servers, many with Paul for years, have mostly departed. In Paul's regime, food and service were very good, in Bill's good. Hopefully the restaurant is experiencing growing pains, and will return to it's former quality.
