Intrigued by the "must have" "gigantic pork chop" lunch, I chose Perry's. However, while perfectly grilled pork can stand on its own without sauce or garnish, this overcooked pork, unfortunately, did not. I do not include as sauce or garnish the bottled applesauce served in a plastic imitation ramekin, the apparently reconstituted "whipped" potatoes nor the server's dour table side dull knife carvery. Sadly, not a "welcome addition" anywhere.
Incredible Vegas-like decor with a towering glass wine cellar wall. The gigantic pork chop is a must-have, especially when it's on sale for Friday lunch. Too bad the valet parking situation is a disaster.
Perry's is a welcome addition to the Dallas dining scene. Excellent appetizers and main courses, good wine list and an attractive decor. A cut above most all of the Dallas steak houses. Nice bar to boot.
Wow! What a find. For a Friday night in Dallas the restaurant was not half full when we arrived. However, by 40 minutes later the place was hopping. The Warm Bacon and Spinach Salad was very good and not too large. My filet was perfectly cooked and the service was superb. I highly recommend going here when in this city.
