We had lunch at this busy restaurant on a weekday sharing a bowl of pho tai (rare steak) accompanied by fresh basil, herbs, lemon and bean sprouts. A liberal skirt of Sriracha chili and I was happy. We also shared a delicious order of goi cuon (steamed egg rolls with shrimp, noodles and veggies) with a peanut dipping sauce.
