If you've had pizza in Rome, this is about as close as you can get on Long Island. Enough said. If you haven't been to Rome, you should. When you get back go to Salvatore's.

This is by far the best pizza I've ever had. It is so good that it is addicting. Using the freshest ingredients each pie comes out of the coal fired oven as a work of art. I've brought many friends in for a casual dinner and the response is always the same - wow!

What more can you ask for, great pizza with shrimp scampi topping is my favorite. If you are not in the mood for pizza go for the meatballs, eggplant parm. or the baked zit, all excellent. Have a glass of Chainti with it and you will feel like you are on vacation in Italy.

Wow!!!! the pizza was awsome... the thin crust the cheese all a nice touch. Everything was delish!! I wish though that the price was lower. 20.00* for pizza.. But, It is wort the money!
