Great food in an unremarkable Balch Springs location. The Szechuan Chicken is the best that I have ever had the Hot and Sour Soup is better tha average. This is one of few resturants that sells "Soup Noodles", a traditionally peasent food in China that is plentiful and inexpensive (Called Grandma Smith's Soup Noodles).
