A restaurant with visions of grandeur, but falls flat. The items on the menu looked great, but the broiled seafood combo was dried out; the bouillabaisse was just seafood in some sort of soup stock with mostly carrots. The shrimp needed a steak knife to cut. This place seemed to have a geriatric crowd of regulars that probably like the company of the very friendly and attentive staff.
