The Talde team gleaned inspiration from the Patrick Swayze flick Road House for this casual Park Slope bar decorated with kitschy memorabilia, neon signs and salvaged antiques; though the emphasis lies primarily on the booze (in particular American whiskey, bourbon and rye), chef Dale Talde has created an affordable BBQ-inspired menu featuring ribs, pulled pork, fried chicken and more.
