  • Atmosphere – great! Staff – superb! Appetizers: fried calamari & grilled vegetable plate – visually beautiful and super tasty. Entrees: surf & turf (evening special) and Shrimp and Scallop risotto. Risotto underdone nightmare with rubbery overcooked shrimp & scallops. Steak ordered MW was beyond WD, shrimp rubbery & overcooked. What a disappointment. Go for the appetizers, drinks and service - have dinner somewhere else.

  • Overbooked reser. & waited 45 min. for table...no apology or compensation. Unacceptable. Redeemed themselves w/some decent food & attentive service. Soup & calamari - fair. Entrees from specials menu...baked pork chop, chilean sea bass & seafood ravioli w/shrimp. All were very good & flavorful; even with a packed house. Not a place for a relaxing dinner...extremely noisy. My impression is they're catering more to the bar crowd vs. diners.

  • We went for a Friday dinner and I was less than impressed. While the decor is great the service and food are not. The food is bland. My husband had penne vodka which had no kick to it. I had a house specail of sea food which was okay. The shrimp and scallops were over cooked so it was tough.
I took the reviewers' advice and went across the street to Spasi the next week. Much better food and attentive service.

  • Expensive and not up to past standards. Ate there three times and the food each time was progressively less flavorful . Will not return

Very good Italian cuisine for a reasonable price. Went once so far on Valentine's Day. Special menu with every item at $30 . Food was well prepared but staff was hard-pressed to keep up with customer requests. I grant that they were stressed but they also made mistakes, like taking my plate without asking if I were finished. Beef and shellfish all well done. Will revisit at a future time to evaluate the regular menu.
