On to the food. I started with the Foie Gras Terrine. Awesome. My friends all had the French Onion soup, which seemed okay. However, they all seemed to think the Foie Gras was the best starter.For my entree, I had the petit filet. Again, this was also great. Proportion-wise it was a little light, but who wants to be stuffed before a night out in South Beach?!
My wife and I had an exceptional dinner at Provence Grill last night (12/29/12). We shared a bottle of Pinot Grigio and shared the food we ordered. We had vichyssoise soup (my favorite) which was creamy and delicious and a salad of camembert cheese, apples, pears and toasted hazelnuts with mixed greens and honey muscatel vinegar. Very classy french bistro with finely-prepared continental comfort food. Once ensconced on Brickell across from the French Embassy, the owner recently moved to South Beach to open this tasteful space. Polished service and smooth kitchen service make it a worthwhile stop in the South Beach area.
