Service was great, food was not worth 10 dollars.

No way should the food here be rated a 29. At best, it is a 20. I ate there on a Saturday night when a large convention was in town and the service was very slow. The manager, waiter and the waiter's assistant all apologized for the delay, but there was a significant delay nonetheless. Between the 3 of us, we had beef short ribs, a rib eye steak and salmon; all were good, but not great.
