Delicious vegetarian food in a simple, no-frills atmosphere. Part of the menu is made of imitation meat and the rest is 100% vegetable. All very tasty. Some of the best I've had of this particular style of cuisine.

The best vegetarian food in Houston, and some of the best Vietnamese. Half the dishes are imitation meat, half are vegetable. The Vietnamese style "spring rolls", several varieties, are the best I've had. Even my lemonaide was made from scratch.
The Westchase district is heavily Vietnamese. Next to the restaurant is a large store that sells nothing but tea. Across the street is a 24-hour Radio Saigon. Vietnamese is the best of the Asian cuisines, in my opinion, and Quan Yin is an admirable example.
