Went for happy hour (4-7), so we got a great bargain! Select sushi and appetizers were half price, so we filled up. Certainly not a high-end restaurant, but the tempura was done right and the sushi was fine.
We were lured in by the promise of an great happy hour but I am sorry to say, we found nothing to recommend at this restaurant. The sushi was either dried out or fishy/slimy. The cocktails were undrinkable. Our table was uncomfortable. Our waitress was only present to take our food order and then to collect her tip after we had paid. Maybe an off day, but with so many amazing restaurants available in town why bother with a repeat visit?
Truly rubbish experience. Slow service, incredibly dark and some of the worst sushi I've had for a long time. The fish wasn't terribly fresh and the avocado was bruised, the crabcakes were full of potato and not much crab and the miso soup was lukewarm.
