Excellent barbecue in the traditional elements...brisket. The sausage is sadly lacking, the ribs are good by Texas standards but will disappoint those familiar with the best of Memphis and KC. Coldest beer on earth the way God intended it. Get the great fries and jalapenos. They know what they do and they do it well.

"Ribs are excellent. Meaty and moist, they fall off of the bone. Chopped beef is the worst on the planet. Very dry. Chicken is also too dry. Go there for the ribs. Stay away from everything else."
