This is my favorite restaurant for special occasions. It's one of those rare fancy restaurants where the food tastes delicious instead of pretentious.

Met up here a couple weeks ago with a few of my girlfriends after work and it is a great place for after work cocktails. We decided to stay for dinner and were really looking forward to what we thought would be a great dinner. The service was very disappointing and the menu selection wasn't as expansive as I was thinking it would be. Overall, I would come back for after work cocktails but that's about it

If you are going to the restaurant for ambiance, this place is perfect. However, it is very expensive and the food is just average.

Nice addition to the upscale eating scene in Houston. Menu is eclectic enough that is brings interest and finely prepared. Love Bar Annie for a nice drink and quicker dinner.
