When Restaurant L first opened, it was truly a stand out. After 8 yrs, I was in the area & went back for dinner. Bar area(older crowd) was packed & very noisy for dining room patrons. Service was good. Pear martini delicious & that's were it ends! I ordered an eggplant Napolean app, followed by a cod picotta entree. Eggplant was greasy & both were totally flavorless. Different ownership? Chef? Whatever the reason, I will not be back.
Small room that gets noisy after 8pm on the weekends. Good consistent food, great drinks, short rib ravioli and calamari app are standouts. Service is relaxed, casual, not first-rate but good enough. Bit pricey.
good local choice
Tiny and homey - very good food. Great drinks!
The restaurant used to be much better. Needs better wines and more upscale spirits
