Ria's consistently earns its rep, with massive breakfasts at wallet-friendly prices. Huevos rancheros with salsa verde and black beans provoke fond nostalgia days later. Funky decor showcases original local art, and the view across to the Oakland Cemetery is sheer Atlanta. The tattooed servers never gush, but always provide efficient and friendly service. Come on a weekday to avoid a long wait.
