I drive by this restaurant every day headed to work but I had never been in until a few weeks ago. A friend and I met here for drinks on a friday night. It was pretty empty except for a few couples at the bar. I was looking for a quiet, romantic place for drinks and this was perfect. I had scotch, and my date had chardonnay. The place is a little pricey, but the ambiance was cozy and the bartender gave excellent service. We will be back
What a disaster! We were seated at eight pm for a seven thirty reservation.
The waiter took our order after walking away from our table once. He FINALLY reappeared to take our order only to tell us they were out of my husband's desired entree. Off he fled again when my husband did not have a substitute immediately. He did not even forgive his disappearance with words. We sat for a few minutes bewildered and stood up and left! RUDE POOR SERVICE
Considering this restaurant received a 26 in the ratings, the food was okay, certainly not exceptional. The service was poor, with several people asking us to order when we already did. It seemed as if one hand did not know what the other hand was doing. The restaurant is quite noisy, making it difficult to hear the conversation at your own table. I was disappointed and would not return.
The food continues to please. Exceptional seafood (love the mussels appetizer). The ownership always attentive and helpful. Limoncello afterwards !
Decor wanting and can be loud in back room. All in, I am a fan.
Typical Italian restaurant, and in a city overcrowded with Italian food, just another brick in the wall. Not to say that this place is bad, but a 25 for food?? I think a 19 would be more than fair.
