Robert's is one of our two year round favorites. The food is always excellent and the servers are colorful and always get the orders correct! It is funny that so many people mentioned the hostess staff because that is the only less than perfect aspect of this restaurant. Try it - the grilled artichokes are fabulous and you are almost guaranteed to have a great time!

Food ranged from inspired to good. The overt hostility and nastiness of the hostess on the phone and in person when I called ahead to say we would be late almost ruined the evening. I'm sure a lot of people here give her attitude, even though we didn't. However that is no execuse. For this kind of money I expect you to act like a professional not my 2 year old. The wait staff salvaged the day though.

One of the better Italian places in the Hamptons. Gets a little crowded inside. Summer nites outside are great in the summer. Service was OK, a little snooty

What is small, dark and classy? No, not an exotic woman.... Robert's! No hustle, no bustle, no loud noise. An intimate dining experience in the midst of the "happening Hampton scene.". Diners go here for a respite from the livelier nosier restaurants but the food quality is exceptional. if you're looking for something quiet and tasteful head to Robert's.
