  • The people running Rocco's are PITIFUL. My 1st try 3 yrs ago was quite notable, but it crept away and fell off the deep end. Not sure what happened, but the food quality is poor, the delivery a JOKE (the order will be wrong), and they will NOT correct their errors. They are rude and management will NOT return phone calls or emails (PERIOD). Rocco is a JOKE and so is his establishment -- WAKE UP ROCCO!!! **the spaghetti w meatballs is PATHETIC :(

  • The other comments are right on. I ordered this evening and after 1 1/2 hours, the pizzas shows up incorrect and ice cold. When I called about it, the man with broken english said that it could not possible be cold. Huh? I told him to come pick it up and give me a refund. He refused and told me he was taking notes for the manager and would turn them over to him. The funny part is that the man on the phone is the owner. WHAT A JOKE!

  • I got their flyer on my door & decided to give them a try. I ordered online as advertised at 1125am & recieved an email confirmation. I called @ 110pm to check on things & was told I was next. Called again @140pm and was told they never got my order & could I repeat it. The manager refused compesation for the 2.5 hour wait & also being lied to. I'll never try to eat here again.

  • The food is inconsistent, being great one time and horrible the next. But my biggest compaint is that the service is horrible. When ordering take-out or delivery, the person on the phone barely speaks english. Then they deliver the wrong food and will fight with you if you inquire. They will not refund your money (even when we offered to bring back the incorrect items!). I would NOT recommend EVER ordering take-out or delivery from Rocco's.
