I hate to admit it, but this place is growing on me. The Caesar salad is really tasty, and once you figure out your personal recipe for the build-your-own-pasta, it's very consistent. My Brooklyn-Italian wife approves of it, and that's saying a lot. I have yet to see the singing waiters, but that's probably a blessing.
