Reminds me of when I worked in New York City. Appearance is incredible. It is only topped off by the food and the excellent staff that is there to assist. You have to try the Mountain Dew Roll, its awesome. Also the Asian Hoisen Baby Back Ribs are #1 in the area. Melt in your mouth.

Its like a little hidden GEM! I love the food, it always comes out great! The wasabi potatoes are unique and delicious. There are many choices between hot food and sushi that you never get bored. The service is awesome. The staff has always been on top of what they do and each person is fun in there own way. Cold saki- yum, large open windows in the summer!

We love going to Ronin! My boyfriend and I go at least once a week. They have great happy hour specials! All the servers are very friendly and we love all the food. My fav is the Salmon entree. It is delish!!! Ronin is definately a must especially since Summer is almost here and the windows will be open!!

This place is out of this world or at least out of what we expect from Detroit.Looks like this place was picked up from some swank, hip part of SoHo or Tribeca in New York and was graciously given to us in Royal Oak.Phenomenal VibePhenomenal ServicePhenomenal MusicPhenomenal SushiPhenomenal Japanese Comfort FoodIf you are looking for more than "Mom & Pop" sushi - this is the place.You can (as I have done several times) go there and spend the entire night from having dinner to meeting up with friends in the lounge
