Best Thai lunch special in Chelsea. Great options and super cheap.

The food I've tried has ranged from really tasty to pretty poor. The service has pretty much been always rushed and thoughless -- food arriving before drinks, main dishes served at different times, etc. The crowd is lively and fun-loving.

Used to be a favorite but they had to raise their prices substantially--not nearly the good value it was, and you can do better for food at many of the other neighborhood options.
