At his "cutting-edge" addition to the Warehouse District, chef/co-owner Phillip Lopez "playfully" employs "molecular gastronomy" in "evocative" Eclectic and New American "flights of fancy" (foie gras cotton candy) starring "local" ingredients "prepared differently than you've ever seen" and ferried by "knowledgeable" staff in a "stark" yet "relaxed" setting; though a few caution that "some things work better than others" and the "pricey" tabs are not for the faint of wallet, most agree it's "unlike any place in New Orleans."
