What is going on here? Did someone hack Zagat? This place with a food rating above 24 let alone 29 is a complete joke. If this is any indication of what zagat has become, I'm done here. Middle of the road, non-inspiring, semi-Italian mediocracy.

Severely overrated. Very nice people and good service but the food does not live up to the 29 rating.

I have to agree that the restaurant is overrated. The pasta dishes were good not spectacular. The restaurant failed my test for a great Italian restaurant which is whether the chef can prepare good veal. I ordered the veal and it was a little overdone and tough. The sauce was rather bland. I really have no reason to return since there are so many more worthy Italian restaurants in Chicago. But service was very personal and good.

Nice place, nice food, nice service. Glad we went there, and if you are looking for old-school Italian, worth the trip....especially if you are going to the United Center afterward....just allow lots of time for the food to cook.
