I have been to the Roy's in Baltimore twice. If you don't normally like fish, try their butterfish. My partner doesn't usually like fish and declared the dish yummy. Roy's has entries from both "from the sea" and "from the land". My partner's pork the first visit was good but unimpressive. Her steak the second time was delicious and I was hard pressed to decide between our meals for "Best meal of the night" Leave room for decadent desserts.
I personally don't like fish so I am left out at Roy's. The menu does not offer much variety. The drinks are great!
Roy's specialized in fusion and the fusion is terrific. A great place for sweet dinners, the appetizers are delicious and I'v e had at leadt two memorable shrimp dishes there
Paradigm! This is what a restaurant should be - in every sense!
Roy's is now a franchise, and while good, is not great
