Excellent, interesting wine list (including by-the-glass choices) and a very creative, constantly changing menu. Every dish is a flavor adventure. Service is friendly and efficient, both at the wine bar and in the main dining room. It's also walking distance from the Broad Stage, so perfect for a pre-theatre repast.
For several years, one of our favorites. Recently, however, the push to get more seatings has led to bad experiences. The busboys grab plates the second they are finished, making it totally clear you are not expected to savor the food for an extra second. At most recent visit, busboy literally pushed a guest away from her just finished plate so he could grab it. Truly unacceptable service, which means that we shall not return.
Pretty good burger. Top 10 in LA, but not top 5. A bit expensive for what it is.

Try the amazing whipped vegetable Shepard Pie or an organic Kobe burger, one of the best in town. An neighborhood favorite filled with faithful patrons, there is something here for everyone.
Had a great burger but a little pricey.
