Delicious menu offerings make this the perfect place to go before a show. The bolognese is a highlight, or try the smokehouse chicken risotto.
First time dining there since they moved from Quincy Market years ago. Pizza was good as was a pasta dish. Good service and a nice wine list. Found the menu to be heavy side with lots of meat and cream/butter sauces. Although there are seafood and pasta items they seem to be on the heavy, less healthy side. Would like to see more pasta dishes without meat and cream. Maybe this is what is popular in a tourist and theater location?
Boasts a nuanced, modern feel in a setting that is relaxed & charming. Exposed brick, a glossy wooden bar, fire & hanging strands of drying pasta make for a spacious, unpretentious setting perfect for a date or celebratory night out. The outstanding cuisine elevates pasta & pizza via intriguing pairings of fresh cheeses & savory favorites. Impeccable lobster chowder is lightly texture and meaty.
Food was good, but nothing outstanding. A limited number of things on the menu that I found appealing.
My favorite place to go. Home cooking like no other.
