I hadn't been here in years, and after a recent visit I realized why. The view is wonderful, the service is good, but the food is just disappointing. We both had crabcakes and they were ok. The salad and sides were uninspiring, and we just skipped desert. The great view made it a worthwhile stop, but I won't be back for another 10 years.
Fabulous view - location leaves a bit to be desired, especially after paying for parking.
Food was NOT good. Worst crabcacake I have exer run across, in Baltimore, no less.
Very pricy.
I guess, if you want the view, walk over from Harbor Place, sit at the bar and have a glass of their cheapest beer. Don't bother with the food and don't park your car.

The Rusty Scupper is a large, very pleasant seafood oriented restaurant in Baltimore's Inner Harbor. They have a very large menu, and focus on preparing fresh catches. My grilled swordfish served ala Chesapeake (blackened with crabmeat) was very good, as was our spinich dip appetizers. My wife liked her crab cakes as well. The dining room overlooks the harbor, and the restaurant is within walking distance (albeit a long one) from the stadiums
This place offers a terrific view of the harbor, and interior is nicely decorated. The food is below average, and that is very disappointing considering how nice their place is and it's view. It's also very disappointing as this is a pricey place, and the food doesn't come close to tasting like it's priced.
