I'll say up front that I'm from New Orleans, original home of Ruth Fertel (Ruth's Chris Steakhouse.)I swore I'd never eat at RC again after the company pulled up HQ 3 days after Katrina & moved to Florida never to return. So I swore I'd do the same to them. But when I want a great steak, & I'm out of town, I'll go. I know--don't say it!!!Best steaks I've eaten anywhere in the world. Hands down. Just won't eat there in New Orleans. My loss.

The food was okay at best. I ordered my steak medium, and it was grey throughout. To me, it is unacceptable for a reputable steakhouse to make mistakes when it comes to cooking steak. The service was great, though, and you can't beat their location.

Great food. Services was excellent. Provided a great anniversary surpriser dessert.
