Dissapointed with this Ruth's Chris...very noisy, difficult to get drinks refilled and we were seated just about on top of the bar with a screen between us and the bar. Mgr stopped by and checked w/1 person about their food without spending more than 2 secs at the table...poorly managed...overpriced=poor value. Coffee shop ambiance did little to have me consider returning. Not at all like other Ruth's Chris' so don't judge the rest by this.

Never one of the best, but tolerable. Not anymore. Low quality cuts of meat that are poorly prepared, weak sides and appetizers that aren't what they used to be. The butter novelty has worn off. How it's still tops on anyones list is beyond me. Last night was it, I'll never go back. Sorry Ruth, even convenience won't draw me in again.

Again they are among the top 10 steak houses. Unfortunately its a chain and some time quality can be lacking. I went in once not dressed up and was sat by the kitchen, so they lost my businness after that

very disappointing. Had a $58.00 cowboy and a prime rib. The prime rib was cold and tasteless sides were cold also!!!! Overpriced and not good!! Will not return
