Jeff Rubys in Louisville is most certainly not better than Ruths Chris Louisville and steak for steak - is not in the same class.Ruths has a superb veranda and fantastic views of Louisvilles surrounding area, Ruths makes the 3rd best Steak in Louisville in my opinion and if your eating at sunset - then Ruths is the choice in summer.
