Huge disappointment. Anniversary dinner in Sep 2012 and I was on the blame line for having picked it. Restaurant was 90% empty but each arriving couple was snugged against us. Once our waitress had more than us to attend to we were forgotten. My steak was fine but the wife's filet was over done. We ordered the sweet potato side dish - blech! Unedible bowl of orange sugar. The busboy commented that no customer ever eats it!
very expensive for what you are getting. The food is good, if you like very buttery, salty food. The service is attentive, and very friendly. Overall, its ok, definitely too expensive for the quality when compared to NYC steakhouses.
The service was poor both times we ate here. We gave it a second try but the same poor results, management did not care about comments.
I have no idea what JoshuaW6210 or pnoto521 are writing about. The food at this Ruth's Chris is excellent especially the cowboy ribeye. You will not find better ribeye cut in the state. The menu is on the expensive side but not anymore than any other Ruth's Chris in the country. They have no plans of closing at the time of this review. We, my wife and I, enjoy having meals at the bar. Jay and Martin provide attentive and excellent service
The food at this restaurant is highly overrated. My fillet was fatty, and was also one of the worst I have ever had. Everything was decent and the service was fine.
