Sai Cafe has the freshest quality sushi that I have found in Chicago. The saba ( mackerel) is a specialty, but everything from salmon to hamachi to maguro is exceptional in quality and in generous portions. The sushi chefs are extremely knowledgable about the fish AND are friendly and enjoy conversation with their clients. Other non-raw items on the menu are also very good.
