Fantastic restaurant! I have been all over and can honestly say this is, in my opinion, the best restaurant in Fort Worth. My mother and I usually attend about twice a year and it never disappoints. The specials of the black board are always creative and delicious. Classical French that stays true to its roots while still finding a way to surprise. The location is a jewel. The service is the best around. The food is the best around. Best in town.
My wife and I have eaten here for at least 15 years, just us and sometimes with friends. I have never had anything other that a fabulous experience at St. Emilion. Classic French, yes, and a very creative kitchen never fail. Recent change in chef only enhances the evening. Bernard Tronche is the master of the house, making all feel welcome. We can't always afford to go to France, so we go to St. Emilion for the best of what we could have there.
I adore this place that seems to be the BEST KEPT SECRET IN FW. The building looks like a small french country chateau. You are welcomed as soon as you enter the door. There are only about 15 tables which adds the warm homelike feeling. Be prepared to enjoy the wine list that comes with a table of contents! They will also go over the daily specials that make it even more difficult to decide! Dont forget to pre order your melting chocolate cake!
Selected meals for 2 from the value menu. Meal and service were good, found better in Dallas.
I was visiting from PA and searched Zagat for the best French Restaurant in Ft. Worth and I was not disappointed. Excellent selections. The food was very well prepared. I had the foie gras and the magret duck breast. Each presented in a very pleasing and flavorful way. The wine list was good, but could use some upper level premium wines to round out the list. Overall EXCELLENT and I highly recommend this restaurant.
