Been coming to Sakura for the majority of my life. It is my go-to place for hibachi. The sushi is very underrated as well. It has become one of my girlfriend's favorite sushi places now. Sit at the sushi bar, lounge or hibachi tables and you will not be disappointed. Very busy, so make sure to make a reservation, especially for hibachi. Don't get hibachi unless you are sitting at the tables. Had it at a normal table and was not impressed.

Time not well spent. Called an hour in advance and reserved for a party of 10. Upon arrival we were waiting for 30 minutes with all kind of excuses. When confronting manager he was not helping the situation.

I love bringing my family to sakura for hibachi and coming with work friends for the hibachi lunch specials. The chefs really know how to put on a good show and the kids always have fun. We almost always have a very positive dining experience! The food is amazing, the decor is beautiful and the service is good. NOTE: don't order from the hibachi menu at a regular table.. its not very good.

They are one of the few originals left from the 70's Westport scene. Food is still consistent after all this time. Hibachi is good, but overpriced. Entertainment is hokey fun. You'll be rushed at the hibachi and you'll have to eat a lightning speed to keep up with the courses...assembly line like service. Went with a group of 10 adults who are all drinkers...spent a good amount of money and we were still rushed out of there.
