Very rude people here, and it is not nice inside. Pepe's pizza is 1000x better. Our Sally's pizza was burnt. I mean, Pepe's pizza is well cooked as well, but this whole thing tasted burnt. No pitchers here, and no salads either! At a pizza place!!!

Very DIRTY No one has cleaned it for years and years horrible service too go to modern pizza!!!!!

If you are able to put up with a lot (long lines, hard benches, etc.), the reward is the best pie you will ever have. New Haven is loaded with great pizza places, but Sally's has the best. It's a long wait and a sloppy eat, but it is clearly the best.

I have had Pizza across the western hemisphere, from California to Naples...But never have I had pizza that compares to Sally's. New Haven is home of some of the best pizza in the world and this is the cream of the crop. Better then NYC pizza such as tomato basille(still amazing). I HAVE EATEN AT PEPE'S AND SALLY'S MULTIPLE TIMES EVERY YEAR AND SALLY'S IS BETTER, PEPE'S IS WAY MORE ACCESSIBLE. Get it right foodies nothing campares to these Pies.

One of New Haven's original pizzerias in the old Italian neighborhood. Probably the best pizza in New Haven.
