Been a customer here since it opened and our family have been residents of Old Saybrook for 58 years and never have I had worse service in a restaurant in this area in my life. Took 2 and a half hours to eat on a Thursday. The waitress came for the drink order 25 minutes after we were seated, brought one wrong entr?e, took an additional 30 minutes to make the correct one and then took another 20 minutes to bring us our bill and leftover food.
