We enjoyed the food but unfortunately the service was awfull . Can't explain how rude was the hostess , very eragant . No respect so ever for guest request
you don't feel any hospitality service .
No experience so ever how to treat guests.
I will never recommmend this place ever for a special dining experience.
Louis Boston store downsized and so did its food from Restaurant L - Sam's has about 40 seats with the bar, but 270 degrees of water views, 12' ceilings, cement floor, metal ceiling, exposed duct, but not too noisy. Cocktail and wine list nice, value priced. Island Creek oysters great, barley soup bland, blue cod great, tomato and quinoa sides great. Great value for dinner, on par with something like Franklin Cafe. I'd go back, but skip the soup
The best waterfront and new dining experience in Boston, by far. We went expecting attitude and mediocre food, but what we found was perfectly prepared meals using top grade organic ingredients, the owner working the front of house with a cheerful accommodating demeanor, and a simple room that allowed the spectacular setting to take center stage. This is the same recipe for success she employed to make Radius the staple success it is today.
Worth the work to find it, this new restaurant on the waterfront has a slight French flare to its menu and, more often than not, manages to pull it off. The hostess/proprietor is very gracious.
Terrific spot on the waterfront with excellent views from both inside and outside tables. Interesting array of dishes, none of which are terribly expensive. Something for everyone and a VIEW!
