Monroe -- Excellant mexican food but can be noisy on busy nights and you can not hear the people you came to dinner with. Good cocktails. Decor can be cheesy.

I would say the atmosphere and the bar are fun. The music is playful and lively. The food is simply, "OK". I go there because others like it, however, I'm not crazy about the food...
