One of the strengths of Simply It is, as noted by another reviewer, the personality of the owner, who, dressed in his chef's outfit, is nevertheless there to greet patrons with a genuine smile if his staff are all busy. A man who takes such pride in his work and his product is always a good sign —and the food, with that lightness and complexity you expect from Vietnamese cuisine, does not disappoint. The prices are reasonable, and —yes— BYOB
