    Outstanding family Italian small plates. The owners are from Assisi and serve their family's own first-press olive oil and pastas and grains and specialty items from their family's shop in Assisi. Mamma's food is outstanding--she heeds tradition but with a modern sensibility. Mostly small plates; excellent wine list. Heartwarming service and cozy atmosphere.

    An excellent family-run spot, with a small dining room with two big communal tables and a VERY limited selection of smaller tables. Mamma makes meals, one son and a daughter serve, while another son braises meats. Nothing too innovative, but with service that's attentive and food that's delicious, we come back here again and again.
