Despite much turnover in the Baltimore dining scene, Sotta Sopra remains steadfast: and excellent.
We loved it! The Polenta and Tortelli were both rich and savory. The Quail was juicy and tasty, and Halibut was a tad bit tough but good with the pumpkin lasagna. The chocolate cake with liquid inside was excellent.
best fried chicken!!
Pricey but worth it on monthly Opera Night. Parking is impossible!
